Shipping Policies

The Gaming Lounge guarantees that orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving payment, excluding weekends. We are not liable for stolen/lost/misplaced orders when the buyer has not purchased tracking for their shipment. We have provided the buyer the option to forgo tracking to provide a low-cost option for lower cost items.

If the buyer makes a mistake on their shipping address (e.g. forget to enter the apartment number, mistake in their address), the buyer will be responsible to pay for the package to be shipped out again. As per our general policy, if the purchaser cancels the order after it has been returned, a 5% processing fee will be charged and the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times may take longer during holidays and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
