Shipping Policies

The Gaming Lounge guarantees that orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving payment, excluding weekends. All orders come with tracking. We ship with Canada Post, UPS and Purolator within Canada. Shipments to the United States are shipped with USPS, UPS and Purolator.

If the buyer makes a mistake on their shipping address (e.g. forget to enter the apartment number, mistake in their address), the buyer will be responsible to pay for the package to be shipped out again. As per our general policy, if the purchaser cancels the order after it has been returned, a 5% processing fee will be charged and the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times may take longer during holidays and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
