Pre-order Policy

Pre-order cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee of the full price of the item.

Pre-orders are subject to cancellation if we are not shipped our full quantities and for any other reason that may arise.

Due to supply-chain constraints The Gaming Lounges shipments may be cancelled or delayed with little notice from our suppliers. In the event that our suppliers cancels a pre-order shipment The Gaming Lounge will immediately refund 100% of the deposit or full purchase price, whichever has been paid.
